In the village of Sparto, on the tranquil banks of the Ambracian Bay - a Natura 2000 protected wetland - lie 17 acres of land held by the family since the 1970s. For decades, it remained a cherished private hideaway, a place of quiet summers and unspoiled beauty.

Minimal intervention preserved its authentic character: nothing was altered deliberately, apart from the planting of olive trees and the building of a small pier on the seafront. Today, Theros Estate hosts four villas, embraced by nature and steeped in the same spirit of simplicity, intimacy and belonging.
