Let us take you further inside
Access to Theros Estate unfolds from the upper side, where the villas are nearly invisible, revealed only by a gently curved stone wall that hints at the architecture beyond.
As visitors descend, the entrances to each residence appear one level below, with the wall running almost parallel to the coastline-both unifying and subtly dividing the subterranean and above-ground residence sections.
Residences are jewelled in layers: bedrooms carved discreetly into the earth behind the wall, living spaces opening toward the sea, and shaded courtyards bridging indoors and out.
Each villa mirrors the other in spirit, following a coherent spatial logic: the bedrooms-two per residence-are encaved behind the protective stone wall, while living areas occupy distinct front-facing structures.
The design slightly variates, generating a sculptural, layered sequence, that feels both natural and intentional.
