The Space
The main building is a contemporary expression of an open architectural concept, where floor-to-ceiling sliding doors allow the much-sung and venerated Greek summer light to enter freely, flooding the spaces and highlighting the textured stone, timber, and traditional lines.
The kitchen, seamlessly integrated with a dining island, balances heritage-inspired craftmanship with modern functionality, while the spacious living room area, adorned with boho stylistic details, offers a stunning indoor-outdoor experience, looking out to the crystal-blue sea and a mosaic of Mediterranean flora: Olive trees, fragrant herbs and indigenous plants, full of sun-drenched colour and texture.
The secondary building of Villa Aloe itrus that is accessed externally from the open outdoor area includes three beautifully set bedrooms, two of which open directly to the pool area and one at the basement.
The cream-powdered walls and light-coloured furnishings create the perfect warm and comfortable feel, that lets the eye and soul rest. The villa's direct access to the outdoor grounds, is reminiscent of the serene rhythms of authentic Greek village life in the summer, where indoor and outdoor living entwine, and are an extension of each other.
Each of the two upper bedrooms offer a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, complemented by an additional showered bathroom on the same level. The third bedroom has outdoor access on the lower level of the second building; Furnished with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, it provides children or guests a sense of independence, while remaining intimately connected to the villa's flow of living.
